Mount Merapi

I just thought I would give everyone an idea of some of the recent work of the Tzu Chi foundation. It has been all over the news recently about Mount Merapi in Indonesia erupting, which left at least 300,000 without homes and killed over 200 people. The foundation went to one of the emergency shelters and distributed 1,500 bags to about 500 families at New Armada gymnasium in Magelang County. My favorite part of this story is that the foundation also brought toys for all the children to help take their minds of off the crisis.
